"Choosing a setting for our first born son was always going to be a choice that required a lot of decision, but from the moment little gems opened their door for our initial visit this decision become much much much easier, the instant, genuine interaction the staff had with my son put us all at ease and we knew this was the place and would be a great fit.
My son has now attended Little Gems for just over two years and he absoulutely loves it. The range of diverse activities he participates in daily are second to none and each have enabled the opportunity for a varied skill set to be devoloped.
The relationships he has with all the staff are fantastic, they are an extremely capable team, filled with fun but real personalities who have only added to broaden my sons social skills.
My son has made great relationships with both the team and his peers and I will genuinely be sad when my son has to start school next year and move from the setting but I have no doubts whatsoever that when I return to to work that my new baby will be taking up his brothers place at little gems.

"The children love coming to Gemma's as they have such a variety of activities and they feel that Gemma really listens to them and their feelings. They love seeing Joey and say that her food is very nice!!

"Little Gem's is a lovely, welcoming and warm environment. All of the staff are really nice, and Gemma and the staff are really good with my son. Gemma is very approachable and very helpful.
Thomas loves going to Little Gem's so much that I have increased the amount of days that he goes. He is looked after so well that he is always happy when he goes and when he leaves. Everyone is so informative of anything happening or that has happened that day. I am notified of events etc. Thomas loves interacting with other children of all ages.
I believe that Little Gem's has had a massive positive impact on Thomas,Little Gem's helps him with Thomas's development and in the past Gemma has given myself and my partner some really good advice which has helped Thomas.
Little Gem's is outstanding and I haven't got anything negative to say about it. Staff are fantastic and Thomas is happy and healthy thanks to everyone at Little Gem's.

"Since Harriet has been with Gemma from 9 months old, it has been very hard for me going back to work. However, Gemma gives such love and attention to Harriet, it has made it easier for me. Recently too, Harriet has been speaking much more and has learnt lots of new words, all thanks to Gemma and the other assistants. Seeing Harriet's face light up when I pull up outside Gemma's in the mornings, makes me feel so much better about leaving her. I know she likes it and is happy."
"I was anxious about Sophie settling in anywhere on my return to work, but Little Gem's cope with all Mum worries and fears excellently. Your warm and friendly personality has no doubt helped her to settle and gain confidence. The amount of activities Little Gem's provides is great and Sophie likes all of them, the outdoors especially (library, park visits, toddler groups, swimming pool etc). She gets time to play and be creative, and if she gets tired there is always a cosy sofa available. I liked your plight with her fear of animals, she is so proud of herself now when she strokes a cat or dog. Her English improved so much thanks to you. It's also fantastic that you have happy boys yourself. Sophie loves playing with Joey and she makes friends with other children in your care."
“I’ve always felt very confident that Little Gem’s always has Kai’s best interests and safety as their main concern. Gemma is very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which is very helpful with a varying work schedule. Little Gem’s always take Kai out on day trips, which he loves. Kai has also learnt a lot at Little Gem’s with interacting with other children and with pets – the lizard and cats.”

“Little Gem’s is an amazing set-up for children. Gemma and her team really go above and beyond to accommodate the children. Chantee is always occupied with loads of activities and she loves to help out with other children. Little Gem’s is by far the best childminding team we have encountered. Chantee is fond of the entire team. She specifically loves playing the paddling pool and says Gemma is nice and caring. We appreciate Gemma’s efforts and would recommend her as a competent childminder.”

“My wife and I have been sending our nearly two year old daughter Sophie to Little Gem’s for just over a year now. Sophia settled in brilliantly there and we are extremely pleased with Sophia’s development. Sophia seems very happy at Little Gem’s and always loves to go there. I think to Sophia, it is like her second home.
Gemma is very kind, helpful and understanding. Her attitude is cool and calm. Gemma has never confronted us with a problem. We, as new parents, find Gemma’s experience and suggestions extremely helpful. We just recently started our six month old daughter Zara at Little Gems and and we are 100% confident it is the right place for her to be. Zara also seems to have settled in very quickly.
